This Privacy Policy describes how Prime Quantum Studios ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use Idle Money Tree ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
Section 1 - Information We Collect
The App does not require account registration and we do not ask you for your name, email address or phone number. The App uses the following types of data:
Game progress data: stored locally on your device only. This includes your in-game balance, upgrades, level, achievements and login streak. This data never leaves your device.
Advertising data: collected by our advertising provider to show ads. This may include device identifiers, IP address and approximate location. See Section 3.
Analytics and crash data: collected by Google Firebase so that we can see how the App is used and fix crashes. See Section 4.
Purchase data: if you buy an in-app item, the purchase is processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We receive confirmation of the purchase, not your payment details.
Section 2 - How We Use Information
Game progress data is used solely to save and restore your gameplay.
Advertising data is used to display advertisements within the App, to measure them and to prevent fraud.
Analytics and crash data is used to understand how the App is used and to improve its stability.
We do not sell your personal data.
Section 3 - Advertising: Unity Ads
The App uses Unity Ads (Unity Technologies) to display advertisements. Unity Ads may collect and process data including: advertising ID and other device identifiers; device information (model, OS version) and app diagnostics; IP address and approximate location; ad interaction data (views and taps inside the ad); purchase history.

While an ad is displayed you can open Unity's privacy options with the privacy icon shown in the ad, to see your choices and to request access to or deletion of the data Unity holds.
Some earlier versions of the App, and the iOS version, also contain the Google AdMob SDK. AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can also limit ad personalization in your device settings. Android: Settings > Google > Ads. iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Section 4 - Google Firebase and Google Play Services
The Android App uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics and Cloud Messaging) and Google Play Services. They may collect device identifiers, app usage events, crash logs and diagnostic information as described in: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Section 5 - Data Storage and Security
All game data is stored locally on your device.
We do not operate any servers or databases that store your personal information.
Data sent by the App to the services above is encrypted in transit.
Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored game data.
Section 6 - Children's Privacy
The App is a casual game for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the email below.
Section 7 - Your Rights (GDPR, EU and UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Since we do not store personal data on our own servers, these rights apply mainly to data held by Unity and Google, which can be exercised through the tools described in Sections 3 and 4. You can also contact us and we will help you with your request.
Section 8 - California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.
Section 9 - Data Retention
Game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data in device settings. Retention of advertising and analytics data is governed by the policies of Unity and Google.
Section 10 - Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
