This Privacy Policy describes how Prime Quantum Studios ("we", "our", "us") handles information when you use Money Tree ("the App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
1. Information We Collect
Money Tree does not require account registration or collect personally identifiable information directly. The App uses the following types of data:
Game progress data – stored locally on your device only (via browser localStorage inside the WebView). This includes your in-game balance, upgrades, level, achievements, and login streak. This data never leaves your device.
Advertising data – collected by Google AdMob (our ad provider) to serve relevant ads. This may include device identifiers, IP address, and general location. See Section 3 for details.
2. How We Use Information
Game progress data is used solely to save and restore your gameplay.
Advertising data is used to display relevant advertisements within the App.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services — Google AdMob
Money Tree uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data including:
Advertising ID (GAID / IDFA)
Device information (model, OS version)
IP address and approximate location
Ad interaction data (clicks, impressions)

5. Data Storage & Security
All game data is stored locally on your device using WebView localStorage.
We do not operate any servers or databases that store your personal information.
Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all locally stored game data.
6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)
Money Tree is designed as a casual game suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age.
Our ad network (Google AdMob) is configured to serve non-personalized ads in contexts where users may be under 13, in compliance with COPPA and GDPR-K regulations.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the email below and we will take immediate steps to remove such information.
7. Your Rights (GDPR – EU Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal data
Withdraw consent for personalized advertising at any time
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority
Since we do not collect server-side personal data, exercise of access/deletion rights applies primarily to AdMob data, which can be managed through Google's account and privacy tools.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected and to opt out of its sale. Money Tree does not sell personal information. Ad data collected by AdMob is governed by Google's CCPA compliance framework.
Game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data from device settings. AdMob data retention is governed by Google's policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
