All services subject to inspection of working area and agreement of parties. 

• Property Maintenance internal: Basic kitchen and bathroom updates,  retiling,  change sink, change dishwasher, move item round in the house, Installing shelves, repairing damaged woodwork, put up stud wall (none load bearing) , furniture assembly, change lightbulbs,  paint wall, wall panelling, floor laying.

• Property Maintenance external: Clearing low level gutters, hedge cutting, grass strimming , repairing minor damage to walls or fences, fence and wall painting, flag laying, basic pressure washing flagging / tiling. 

• IT Assistance: Need some help setting up your devices (phones, tablets, laptops, SKY box, TV ) - connecting to WIFI, help with account set up as a former IT professional i can help you

• Plumbing: Fixing leaking sink / replace basic pipework, replacement tap ,unclogging drains, basic plumbing repairs. 

• Mounting: Mounting TVs, pictures, or shelves. 

• Transport: Pick up / collect of furniture from stores, movement of items from location to location (subject to item inspection first)
