The Football Performance Membership (“Membership”) provides online and in-person coaching, including:
Individualised gym, speed, and agility programs
Nutritional guidance and meal planning (if requested)
Weekly video check-ins and updates
Access to Monday and Thursday group sessions
Access to additional group sessions, clinics, or holiday programs
Direct communication with Coach Matthew Cahill for guidance and troubleshooting
Discounted one-to-one sessions
Membership is designed to provide ongoing support, guidance, and progression for youth footballers.
Membership is available to athletes of all ages
Parent or guardian consent is required for all athletes under 18.
Membership payments are collected via Stripe.
Payment amount and frequency will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
Any subscription-based membership can be cancelled at any time, subject to the notice period specified in the Stripe checkout.
Programs are tailored based on information provided in the onboarding form.
Members must complete the onboarding form and submit required details (training schedule, goals, injury history, etc.) to allow Coach Matthew Cahill to design the program effectively.
Programs are delivered online and/or in-person as outlined in the membership details.
For athletes and parents:
Communication with Coach Matthew Cahill is essential for results, updates, feedback, and adjustments.
Honesty and consistency in reporting progress, injuries, or challenges are required.
For Coach Matthew Cahill:
Provide personalised programs and guidance based on the athlete’s goals, schedule, and abilities.
Monitor progress, provide support, and offer feedback during the membership period.
Membership can be cancelled at any time.
Refunds for paid membership periods are at the discretion of Coach Matthew Cahill and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
No refunds will be provided for missed sessions, including group sessions, clinics, or one-to-one sessions.
Participation in all programs and sessions is at the athlete’s own risk.
Coach Matthew Cahill is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising from participation, except where due to negligence.
Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring athletes are medically fit to participate in training.
Members are expected to act respectfully toward Coach Matthew Cahill, other athletes, and facilities.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
Personal information collected during onboarding and membership will be used solely for program delivery, communication, and membership administration.
Contact information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Coach Matthew Cahill reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

Speed Holiday Camps are group based athletic development sessions focused on sprint mechanics, speed exposure, and movement efficiency. Sessions are delivered in a structured environment and are suitable for athletes aged 8 to 18 years.
All registrations must be completed online and paid in full prior to attendance. A place in the camp is not secured until payment has been successfully processed.
Holiday camps are non refundable.
A refund will only be considered if the athlete sustains an injury prior to the camp start date that prevents participation. Supporting medical documentation may be requested.
No refunds, credits, or transfers will be provided for missed days or partial attendance once the camp has commenced.
If an athlete is unable to attend a scheduled camp session, they may attend an alternative camp session only if space allows.
No credits or refunds are provided for missed sessions.
Coach Matthew Cahill reserves the right to modify session structure or delivery methods if required. Camps will not be cancelled due to minimum numbers.
By registering, the parent or guardian confirms that the athlete is medically cleared to participate in physical activity.
Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle soreness, strains, sprains, and other injuries. Coach Matthew Cahill is not liable for injuries sustained during training unless required by law.
Athletes participate at their own risk.
Athletes are expected to follow instructions, respect coaches and other participants, and behave in a safe manner. Coach Matthew Cahill reserves the right to remove any athlete whose behaviour compromises safety, with no refund provided.
Sessions may be modified, relocated, or cancelled due to weather or facility conditions.
All communication regarding session changes or cancellations will be delivered via Instagram

Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for coaching review purposes and for marketing or promotional purposes.

The Term Based Speed Program runs for the duration of the applicable school term and is designed around one coached speed session per week.
Athletes may attend additional sessions only where availability allows. Additional sessions are not guaranteed and are considered a bonus, not an entitlement.
Registration is for the entire school term.
By registering, the parent or guardian agrees to the full term commitment. No pro rata pricing, refunds, or credits are provided for missed sessions or partial term attendance.
Payment must be completed in full or via the selected split payment option prior to program commencement.
Session preferences are selected during checkout.
Session allocation operates on a first come, first served basis based on availability at the time of registration.
Coach Matthew Cahill reserves the right to adjust session allocations where required to manage capacity and ensure program quality.
Final session times will be confirmed prior to the start of the term.
If an athlete misses a scheduled session, a make up session may be attended only if space allows.
Make up sessions are not guaranteed and no refunds or credits are provided for missed sessions.
There are no refunds once the term has commenced.

Illness or injury occurring during the term
Changes in availability

1-on-1 Coaching Terms of Service
1. Program Structure
Coaching is delivered in 6-week blocks, with scheduled 1-on-1 sessions.
All sessions within a block are guaranteed to be delivered.
2. Payment & Recurring Fee
Payment is collected upfront or via recurring debit/credit, covering the full 6-week block.
After each 6-week block, the recurring fee stops automatically unless a new block is booked.
Coaching fees are non-refundable once a block has started.
3. Session Scheduling & Attendance
Sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions missed without proper notice may be forfeited.
Sessions can be banked and used later within the same 6-week block.
4. Session Delivery & Honour
All sessions booked within a block will be delivered as agreed.
If a session is missed due to the coach’s availability, it will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
5. Cancellation & Termination
Clients may choose not to continue after a 6-week block. No additional payments will be collected unless a new block is booked.
The coach reserves the right to terminate services in cases of unsafe behavior, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
6. Liability
Coaching involves physical activity. Clients participate at their own risk.
The coach is not liable for injuries or losses incurred during training sessions.
7. Amendments
The coach reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Clients will be notified of any changes prior to the next block.
By enrolling in a 1-on-1 coaching block, the client agrees to these terms.
