This 3-month, paid-in-full program starter program is designed to deliver results and help you establish lifelong healthy habits. I’ll gradually introduce exercises, adjusting the intensity and frequency until we find the right balance that you can maintain long-term. We’ll also cover nutrition basics, including tracking macros and building healthy eating habits. While the nutritional component is optional, it can significantly enhance your progress and help you reach your goals faster.
This month-to-month program is perfect for those who have completed our Ignite program or have worked with me in person and want to continue progressing. It offers all the same features as Ignite but with a deeper focus on reassessing your goals and fine-tuning the smaller details that will help you reach the next level in your fitness journey.
