To provide a personalized and secure experience, we collect the following information:

Student Login Information: Student accounts are created by school administrators or parents. We collect login credentials (email and password) to allow access to the library dashboard. This data is stored securely on our school’s servers and is not shared with any third parties.

Downloaded Content: Students can download and view assignment PDF files on their mobile devices. The app does not track or monitor files stored on the device.

Purpose: Students can view data added by teachers, including assignments, classwork, homework, events, timetable, exam schedules, and results. Students can also download assignment PDFs for offline access.

We do not collect any additional personal data beyond what is necessary for the app’s functionality.

2. Permissions

To ensure the app functions as intended, the following permissions may be requested:

Storage Access: To allow students to download and save assignment PDF files for offline access.

Camera/Gallery Access: Teachers can upload school event photos. Students can view these images within the app and may download them if permitted by the school. The app does not allow students to upload images.

The app does not request access to the camera, contacts, microphone, or any other sensitive data.

3. Children’s Privacy

Our app is designed for young students, including Pre-School, Jr. KG, and Sr. KG. We take children’s privacy seriously and comply with applicable laws:

Student accounts are created by school administrators or parents. We do not allow children to create accounts independently.

We do not knowingly collect additional personal data from children beyond what is necessary for app functionality.

If you believe we have collected unauthorized information from a child, please contact us immediately, and we will delete such data.

4. Third-Party Services

The Primary School app does not use third-party services that collect personal data. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes using secure protocols for data transmission and storage.
