The Department of Health (DOH) through Local Government Unit (LGU), is committed to nurturing City Health Center XIV constituents to be the healthiest in San Jose del Monte and Bulacan Region in 2040 through implementation of a productive, resilient, equitable and people centered system
MISSION
To deliver the utmost standard health services and contribute to the development of wellbeing by enhanced implementation of DOH’s health care program to all City Health Center XIV constituents through integrated clinical practice, education and research.
