Meet the Team

Hodan opened this center in 2017. She has years of childcare experience and is very passionate about providing adequate care and education to youth. She holds an Associates degree in Early Childhood Education and her CDA in Preschool.

Mother of 3, grandmother of 16, Debbie has been in childcare for nearly seven years. She holds her degree in Early Childhood Education, CDA in Preschool, and has been the director of this center for almost four years.

Currently in the process of getting her CDA in Preschool, Leyla has been working for Prima 1 for about three years. She is the most successful teacher on our floor terms of preparing our toddlers for their shift into self sufficiency.

Hadia has been working with children from a very young age and is more than experienced in the field. She is currently pursuing a career in teaching and is an Integrated Social Studies major. Her focus is the development of social and emotional development.

Diesha has plenty of experience in the childcare field and loves her job. She is soft spoken and is gifted in her ways of motivating the students to strive for kindness and knowledge. Diesha is also excelled in communications, able to connect with anyone and everyone.

Halima is a mother and has been a strong employee at Prima 1 for 5+ years. She is always on top of her classroom, ensuring that her students have somewhere clean and safe to grow. She takes every opportunity for training and furthering her knowledge, always making sure to go above and beyond.

Mohamed is an excellent worker and great with kids. He goes above and beyond to ensure that every student is happy and safe. He emphasizes on physical health and encourages the student to get active and get outside.
