How To Use The Iteracare Device?
Whole body: From a distance of 3-4 cm, use the device vertically.
Speed: Your suitable preference in speed. High speed produces high heat/temperature
Method: Vertically, Circular, and Zigzag
Therapy Session:
* Specific Area:15-20 minutes
* Full Body: 30-40 minutes.
* Use daily not more than 2 hours for those with a weaker body, elderly and young children
Direction: Start with palms and move onto the bottom of the foot for about 1-2 minutes each. Use on the back of the body for 2-3 minutes at room temperature to 25 C or warmer
(1) starting from the center of the spine, move up and down
(2) from the spine, move sideways left and right and move to the buttocks
(3) arms: starting from the shoulders, move towards the hand and fingers
(4) lower limbs: starting from the buttocks, move towards the sides and move downwards to the legs and toes
(5) chest: starting from the neck, move down to the collar bone and chest, avoid the nipple
(6) upper limbs: starting from the ribs, move towards the center and move to the lower limbs
(7) head area: starting from the top of the head, move in a circular motion around the head
(8) face: move in a circular motion around the face
Usage Precautions
1. Features. The iTeraCare Therapy device is for external use and physiotherapy. NOT recommended for long continuous use.
2. Air Inlet and Outlet. While using the device, do NOT block the air inlet and outlet. Clean the air inlet regularly to prevent dust blockage. Keep the device clean at all time.
3. Power Cord. While using the device, do NOT shake it vigorously. Do NOT pull cord when unplugging the device.
4. Heat Dissipation. Before storing, allow device to cool down totally. Store in the box provided.
5. The inner structure of the device is made from delicate crystal tubes. Handle with care and Don’t DROP.
