Pride Alliance is proudly the University of Georgia’s first organization dedicated to supporting our LGBTQIA+ peers and allies at UGA and has been thriving since 1971. The essence of Pride Alliance is encapsulated in our 6 pillars: Education, Outreach, Advocacy, Inclusivity, Community, and Racial Justice. These pillars are what drives each of Pride Alliance’s events and the purpose with which we approach everything we do.
