App: Price List Pro (the “App”)
Operator / data controller: Bindiya Bhut, an individual developer operating the App.
Contact (privacy): developmentp096@gmail.com
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your choices when you use Price List Pro. By using the App, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
This Policy applies to the App and related services we provide in connection with the App. It does not govern third-party websites, payment providers, or sign-in providers, which have their own policies.
2. Information we collect
2.1 You provide to us
Account and profile: name, email address, and other account details you enter or that are provided when you create or sign in to an account.
Sign-in with third parties: if you use Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, we receive information that those services share with us according to your settings and their policies (for example, name, email, and a user identifier).
Business and product data: information you add in the App, such as business profile details, product catalog, prices, SKUs, stock, categories, descriptions, and related business data.
Files and imports: content you import (for example CSV, Excel, or PDF) and any sample or template files you download or use.
Images: photos you choose for products or business branding (for example from camera or photo library), if you use those features.
Communications: messages you send to us (for example support emails to developmentp096@gmail.com).
2.2 Automatically collected
Device and app information: device type, operating system version, app version, and similar technical data needed to run and secure the App.
Identifiers: device or installation identifiers and tokens used for push notifications if you enable notifications.
Usage and diagnostics: crash logs or diagnostic information to fix bugs and improve stability (as collected through tools we use).
2.3 Payments
If you purchase subscriptions or paid features, payments may be processed by third-party payment processors (for example Razorpay). Card details are handled by the payment provider according to their terms and industry standards. We may receive payment status, transaction references, subscription identifiers, and related metadata needed to provide your purchase—not full payment card numbers stored by us in the App for that purpose.
2.4 Local storage on your device
The App may store data on your device so it can work (including offline or faster access). Some sensitive data may be protected using the device’s secure storage and encryption. Details depend on the App version and your device.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
provide, operate, and maintain the App and your account;
sync and back up your business data when you use online features;
process purchases and manage subscriptions;
send service-related messages and, where you allow it, push notifications;
improve security, prevent fraud and abuse, and debug issues;
comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests;
communicate with you about the App or support requests sent to developmentp096@gmail.com.
We do not sell your personal information. [Remove this sentence if your practices change.]
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your region, we may rely on:
performance of a contract (providing the App), legitimate interests (security, improvement, support), consent (where required, for example optional notifications), and legal obligation.
5. Sharing and processors
We may share information with:
Infrastructure and service providers who help us host, operate, secure, or analyze the App (for example cloud hosting, databases, email delivery), under confidentiality and processing terms.
Authentication providers (for example Google, Apple) as needed for sign-in.
Payment processors (for example Razorpay) to complete transactions you start.
Push notification services (for example Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging or similar) to deliver notifications you opt into.
Professional advisers when required (for example lawyers or accountants, under confidentiality).
Authorities when required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
We require processors to use information only for the purposes we specify.
6. International transfers
Your information may be processed in India and in other countries where our providers operate. If we transfer data from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other regions with transfer rules, we use appropriate safeguards where required (such as standard contractual clauses).
7. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, your account relationship, and legal requirements (for example tax or accounting). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it where feasible.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, data portability, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise these rights, email developmentp096@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority in your country.
If you are in India, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (including rights regarding access, correction, erasure, grievance redress, and nomination, as applicable). Contact developmentp096@gmail.com for requests or grievances.
9. Children
The App is intended for business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required in your region (for example under 13 or under 16, as applicable). If you believe a child has provided information, contact developmentp096@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Third-party links and services
The App or our communications may contain links to third-party sites or rely on third-party SDKs. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies. Please review Google, Apple, Razorpay, and other providers you use.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example in the App or by email) where required by law. Continued use after the effective date may mean you accept the updated Policy where permitted.
