All new runners should follow the 25 miles per week (MPW) schedule. Experienced and returning runners should follow one of the other schedules here according to coaches recommendations.
Summer Cross Country Practice
Summer Practice starts June 2 and is Monday-Thursday 7:30to 9:30AM
Mondays: Bunten Park (meet at the 1st parking lot on our left)
Tuesdays: PRHS Track
Wednesdays: Collins Hill Park (meet in the Gazebo by the lake)
Thursdays: PRHS Track
