Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Previliage Time Keeper mobile application and related services. By accessing or using the app you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account, downloading, or using the app, you accept and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Privilege Time Keeper offers:
Employee time & attendance tracking (including location verification).
Expense recording and receipt management.
Incident reporting and issue tracking.
Subscription-based access to premium features, reports, and administrative tools.
You must provide accurate information to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be authorized by your employer to use the app for employee tracking where applicable.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws and not misuse location features (e.g., falsify location, spoofing).
You will not upload unlawful, obscene, or offensive content.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the expense entries and incident reports you submit.
Obtain necessary consents from employees where local law requires consent for location tracking.
The app depends on device location services. You must enable location permissions for the features to work.
The employer or account admin remains responsible for ensuring lawful use of location tracking and informing employees as required by local law.
By enabling location services, you consent to the collection of lat/long and conversion to addresses.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and billing cycles are presented in-app or on our website.
Payment is processed through a third-party payment provider. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees — we’ll notify you before a change that impacts renewals.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation prevents renewal but does not necessarily entitle you to an immediate refund for time already paid.
Refund eligibility varies by jurisdiction and the payment processor’s policies. Contact support for requests; refunds are granted at our discretion and as required by law.
All app content, trademarks, logos, and software are our property or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app as permitted by these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, lawful requests, or for any reason, with notice where required.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain copies of your data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; we are not responsible for device incompatibilities, network outages, or third-party service failures (including Google location services).
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (IF ANY). WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Previliage Time Keeper, its affiliates, officers, and employees from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the app, violation of these Terms, or infringement.
We may update these Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the app or email. Continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the company is registered (please replace with your governing jurisdiction).
Disputes should first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting support. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
These Terms (and any additional policies we post) constitute the entire agreement between you and Previliage Time Keeper regarding the app.
