Pretty Period, Inc is an organization that founded on the campus of Howard University. As an organization, we strive to create a safe space for all black and brown girls by advocating against body shaming, colorism, homophobic practices, and rape culture. We provide community outreach and service through our programs: Pretty Pals (Mentorship and Tutoring), NotSoPrettyTalks (Mental Health), and various community service projects.
