Preston u3a Folk Dancing Group

The Folk Dancing Group met for the first time after the summer on Friday 16th September from 10am to 12 noon in the Northumbria Hall at St. Cuthbert's. We will continue to meet on 3rd Friday of the month from September to May and welcome both beginners and experienced dancers.
Our caller, Ann Smith, is working well with our friendly group. She is an experienced caller and is used to working with people of all abilities - if she is unable to attend for any reason, we have another experienced caller who is happy to stand in for her. Having an experienced caller means that we do not have to memorise the steps as they are called out to us as we go along.
