Pay Dues

Join us in improving and developing our community in order to enhance property values and provide a safe, welcoming place to live. In order to accomplish these goals, per our governing documents, all homeowners are to contribute $150 annually to the Preston Bend HOA. All proceeds will be re-invested back into our community for your benefit.

More hands make less work and we appreciate all the helping hands of our community.
