Ladies & Gentlemen! Here I would very profoundly and proudly mention the herculean task completed by my August team. I also thank you to each and every one of you for being here with us today to celebrate this ceremonial occasion made magnanimous by your presence. our scholarly Facility after due deliberations and commitment , have prepared a Module/curriculum for learning in a futuristic way forward for the trainees . Alhamdulillah's all my team members are highly qualified, rather all are PHD,s, living legends in their respective fields and having excellent instructional experience and demagogical instincts keeping in view the needs & requirements of compulsory subjects of CSS, PMS, Screening tests and MCQ's tests ( one paper test) applicable to all Federal and provincial exams.

Gentlemen as you know, There are few other such Academies in the town teaching same subjects. But our focus was on Newness, innovation and new initiatives difficult style of teaching and learning as defined by John Dewey the god father of modern educational system.

We will have lectures of all compulsory subjects in the shape of Discussions and debates having interactive sessions, discourse analysis. According to our unique and robust style of education . Our methodology is Based on Ross philosophy of equal attention for each students focusing on equality. This concept of learning leads to taking happiness, pleasure and pride in learning.

2-we have introduced Fort nightly Mock interviews and simulation exercises for judging the communication skills and other cognitive capabilities of our young intellectual 3- we have launched fort nightly MCQs based tests in order to judge your abilities to understand the critical questions and removal of hesitation dyscalculia from your brain and neurons.

4- we will have special type of lectures on how to tackle and solve the MCQs in order to reach the correct/right answers, on the basis of scientific theories.

5- we will have special lecture on critical/thinking and logical reasoning based on betrend Russel model, in order to improve your abilities of mind to understand the issues of critical nature.

6- A special what's app group for students have been created for larger discussions, questions and clarification of ambiguities. Which will be responded to them on "forum" what's app for the benefit of all.

Honorable new scholars Now there are two key questions left unanswered for you.

what drives you and what motivates you for this cause. You have to explore yourself. Define success to yourself figure out what you want to achieve and enjoy the entire journey of wisdom and Intellectualism. According to psychological theory human beings are of equal caliber.

Everyone can be creative genius. So you should not be daunted or afraid of success or failure. Turn your weaknesses to strength. All have greatness, no matter what they are. You have just to find courage to face it through hard work. Take up one idea, and make it as ideal of your life, think of it, live on it. Let your brain, muscles, nerves and every part of your body be full of that ideal and focused on it.

Synergies with it. Leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success and achievement.

Life is intricate, chanciness of events. Success is the ultimate goal,. Rarely difficult to achieve and even more difficult to maintain that's stature
