Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to Wheels of Soul MC (the “Application”), a mobile application provided by MoStudios LLC (the “Service Provider”) as a freemium service. By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms.
You may not copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of the Application except where applicable law permits. All intellectual property rights in the Application remain with the Service Provider or their respective owners.
The Application may store and process information you provide so it can deliver its features. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure. Jailbreaking or rooting your device may compromise security and may prevent the Application from functioning correctly.
Some features require an internet connection. Your mobile carrier’s terms, data charges, and roaming charges may apply. The Service Provider is not responsible for service limitations caused by unavailable connectivity, device condition, third-party services, or information supplied by third parties.
The Application uses third-party services governed by their own terms, including:

• RevenueCat: https://www.revenuecat.com/terms
The Service Provider may update, change, charge for, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any feature. Any charges will be clearly communicated. You may need to install updates to continue using the Application.
Club administrators and members are responsible for the content they upload and for ensuring they have permission to share it. Do not use the Application for unlawful, harmful, or unauthorized activity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. The Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Application.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page.
