A President, Vice President, and Secretary must be chosen through election at the start of each term. The President cannot appoint the Vice President or Secretary independently.
If the President loses 3 lives, the Vice President will assume the role of President with 3 lives, while the Secretary will become the new Vice President.
The President, Vice President, and Secretary are eligible for healing after they die. However, extra treatments, like teleporting them to the President’s position, are not permitted.
Any player can run for President, regardless of their current team. After the elections, however, they must switch to the Police Department team.
The President, Vice President, and Secretary must always have the Standard Pistol equipped. Other firearms are prohibited for them.
President cannot use any tools for any reason, except for the Standard Pistol.
The President cannot stay in safe zones or restricted areas. They are only allowed to visit the Police Department for inventory adjustments or if they respawn by accident.
The President cannot use the Bearcat under any circumstances.
The President must remain in the company of their security at all times and cannot evade them to “stay undercover.”
The President must always travel with their convoy, though they may occasionally leave the convoy briefly. However, these instances should be rare.
The President must use the Presidential Limo for travel. If the limo is unavailable, an SUV may be used.
The President cannot remain in a vehicle too long to avoid combat. Staying in a vehicle as a means of evading combat is considered car abuse, and the President may be brought out using :bring or warned accordingly.

If the President violates these regulations or behaves disrespectfully, they may face consequences, including the removal of their presidency.
Election Process
Preparation: Head to the Police Department’s Meeting Room and set up with crowd barriers from three boxes at the front of the room.
Election Announcement: Once the room is ready, announce the election using the following:
:m Presidential elections are being held in the police department meeting room!
Repeat this three times to make sure everyone is aware of the event.
Gathering Participants: Wait for players to enter and take their seats before proceeding with the election.
Candidate Selection: Once enough participants are gathered, choose three candidates from those present. Keep them in the designated boxes.
:h Thank you all for joining this election! I’ll now select three candidates to run.
Afterward, give the candidates a moment to prepare and announce:
:h The candidates have been selected. They will each have one minute to speak to the voters.
Wait for the candidates to deliver their speeches (one minute).
Voting: Now that speeches are complete, instruct players to vote:
:h Voting has begun! Please enter the box of the candidate you wish to vote for.
Allow one minute for players to cast their votes.
Results Announcement: After voting concludes, announce the results and assign roles:
:h The **President** has been elected! [Player Name] is now your new President!
:h The **Vice President** is [Player Name], congratulations!
:h Please proceed outside the **Police Department** to organize the **President’s convoy**. Any interference with the convoy setup will result in penalties.
Convoy Guidelines
Convoy Structure: A convoy should have a maximum of eight vehicles. This includes four vehicles at the rear (including one ambulance and media vehicles) and four at the front, with the Presidential Limo as a decoy in the middle.
Staff Vehicles: Only two staff vehicles are allowed in the convoy—one at the front and one at the rear.
Civilians: Civilians are not allowed to join the convoy.
Convoy Disturbances: Civilians who interfere with the convoy during its travel, or during peace periods, will be jailed automatically.
Civilians may not attack the President until the convoy reaches its destination.
The convoy should have exclusive access to the roads they travel on. No other vehicles should share the same road as the convoy during its journey.
Civilians attempting to overtake or travel alongside the convoy will be warned.
Overtaking Rules: Police members are not permitted to overtake the convoy unless the vehicle in front is stalled, inactive, or the situation is authorized by staff.
The Presidential Convoy always follows a designated route to the White House (hospital).
No one should stand on vehicles or engage in VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch).
If the President requests a convoy, staff cars should lead the way, and civilians are not allowed to attack or disrupt the convoy.
If the President leaves the convoy during an attack, they remain susceptible to being attacked, but no staff car should lead the convoy in that situation.
Peace Timer
A Peace Timer (PT) should be in effect during the convoy’s organization. This timer activates when the President arrives at their limo, and it gives them time to reorganize if necessary.
If the President dies during the convoy, a Peace Timer of 100 seconds should start. This allows time for them to reorganize. During this time, unauthorized civilians must vacate the area.
The President is prohibited from visiting or staying in the following areas:
Any safe zones (Police Department, Fire Department, Gun Store).
The Housing Suburbs Bunker.
Prison.
Any garage.
High Rock Park Watchtower.
The silo at the farms.
Civilian Spawns.
Whitelisted Department or Mafia bases.
Limit the use of High Rock Park for a presidential convoy destination, as the terrain can break up the formation of the convoy. You can still use it but avoid doing so excessively.
