Abstract Submission

Guidelines for abstract submission:

    • Registration is mandatory for abstract submission

    • Abstract should represent original research work

    • Abstract should be written in English

    • The abstract should not exceed 250 words (excluding title, author details and keywords)

    • It should have a title followed by the name of the author(s), respective affiliation(s) and e-mail address of the presenting author

    • The name of the presenting author should be underlined in the abstract

    • The abstract should be submitted in the font: Times New Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing

    • Abstract should be in a single paragraph containing a brief introduction, materials & methods, results & discussion, and a concluding statement

    • Keywords should be provided (not more than 6 words)

    • Table, figure and references should not be included in the abstract

    • Abstract should be submitted through the registration link

    • Acceptance will be communicated to the presenting author in due course

    • Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully. Submit the abstract in MS word format only

    • Please indicate the most relevant theme for your abstract from the following :

        • Plant Biology

        • Human Biology

        • Animal Biology

        • Microbiology

        • Ecology and Environment

        • Biophysics, Biochemistry and Bioinformatics

  • Due to time and logistic constrains, abstract will be selected for presentation based on merit of the paper relevant to the theme of the conference

Poster preparation guidelines

Guidelines for Poster preparation:

The poster should be a clear visual presentation of your submitted abstract and should meet the following criteria:

Tittle of the Poster

· It is recommended to keep the title of the poster same as in the submitted abstract.

Poster size and format

· Poster must be submitted in PDF format.

· It is recommended to make your poster in PowerPoint and then save it as a PDF.

· Make sure that you do not exceed the limit of 5 PPT slides for your E-Poster.

Presenter Information

· The top of the Poster should display the following information preferably in Times New Roman lettering, font 18 bold: Title of your Paper, Name(s) of the Author(s), Affiliation(s) and email id of the presenting author. Name of the presenting author should be underlined.

Lettering

· It is recommended not to use font less than 14 Times New Roman font style for the content of the poster.

· Text and presentation should be in ENGLISH only.

· Make sure there is enough contrast between the colour of the text and the poster’s background.

Content of the Poster

· Make sure that the specific sections (such as the background, methods, results, and conclusions) are easy to locate in the poster.

· Explanatory illustrations would be preferred instead of text wherever possible
