I copied the default preset and renamed it. I then tried to add the #page-header .card {...} styling from the BoostImage preset to the bottom of the renamed default-preset, along with the #body#page-login-index {...} styling; changed the url for the image, but it does not show when I upload and select my modified preset.

Hi. Is there a trick to getting the Preset edit to work for changing the Helix Ultimate header background color? I read the documentation and edited the preset but the header background remains the same color (white). I tried clearing cache. I also tried editing other presets, like top bar color, etc., and none change. This is on a fresh J4.3.1 install with fresh Helix Ultimate 2.0.12 install and for the predefined header. The documentation explains you should be able to edit the presets.Thanks.

Just wanted to know like the other day in my other thread where I was trying to create a Background to be used when I have a Picture where I have isolated the Subject from the original background and If I want to place that subject against a new background. So while creating this new background lets say If I am starting with creating a new document and then adding a fill layer to it. What is the best Preset to start with in a document for Photo Preset ? A preset size which works best for almost all Photo Projects?

Guys I am facing a problem here, so I have made some Background Templates here using Fill Layer and added colour and used Gradient Layer to it. Now when I try to use it against an image, a subject where I have masked out the background and when I try to use this Background Template that I have created using File>Place in the current project and when I do File>place since the Background Template is bigger and wider than the Pixel Layer Image I have to either stretch it or narrow it down using the handles which creates a very Oblonging of the Background Template which looks like the Funny Mirror thing where our faces look funny which we all have seen in a Circus when we go there. So what is the solution ? How does it need to be done the right way ?

So I have posted a screen recording of the issue I am talking about, Like you see in this video when I have masked the background from an image and when I try to place a new background image, and when I drag the background image either I have to pull it downwards or I have to bring it in from the right, since the background image is a bit too wide. And when I bring it in or pull it down, the background image looks stretched so what is the solution for this ? I do not want the background image to look stretched ?

Treating them as separate objects in your composing document enables you to ensure the vignette fits to the aspect ratio and thus achieves a more 'even' impression. While for the impression of the fuzzy background its position and aspect ratio is less relevant and obvious (e.g. in the viewers eye it could show just a different part of this "wall"). For the backround there is less 'right' or 'wrong' than for the vignette which possibly shall appear symmetrically.

If you want to add custom styles to a particular chart in a dashboard, regardless of dashboard layout (i.e. adding a background image to a Big Number chart), you can add a CSS Selector that references the chart's specific chartID in two ways.

A custom color or gradient: Click the pop-up menu below the checkbox and choose Color Fill or Gradient Fill. Click the custom color well below the pop-up menu (it has more options than the preset color well) and choose a color.

As you can see, whenever you apply a theme in ActivePresenter 8, you see all slides have the same default background style. To be more precise, this is one of twelve Preset Background Styles provided with the applied theme. Basically, all themes have their own Preset Background Styles.

In the gallery, one of these 12 styles is highlighted with a gray outline. In fact, this indicates the background style applied to the selected slide. You can hover over any style to see how it will affect the look of your slide.

Faders can be placed into restore modes of minimum or background, which is the default. When a fader is in the restore to background mode, the restore column of the fader list display will be blank. When in minimum mode, 'Min' will display in the restore column.

Faders can have their background states disabled. Background states are enabled by default. When enabled, the content of the fader will act as a background or previous state for other cues and faders.

There are 10 levels of background priority for faders. 1 is the lowest and 10 is the highest. When LTP content is released to background, it will go to the background state with the highest available priority.

Stomp happens when all the content owned by a fader is now being controlled by other targets. The fader is being removed from the background , and once that happens, it would not be eligible to fade back. You can assign behavior that will happen when a fader is stomped.

Presets are part of the settings section. They are values that are shown to the user via some UI controls. By defining them via theme.json the engine can do more for themes, such as automatically translate the preset name or enqueue the corresponding CSS classes and custom properties.

To maintain backward compatibility, the presets declared via add_theme_support will also generate the CSS Custom Properties. If the theme.json contains any presets, these will take precedence over the ones declared via add_theme_support.

In WordPress 5.8, the CSS for some of the presets defined by WordPress (font sizes, colors, and gradients) was loaded twice for most themes: in the block-library stylesheet plus in the global stylesheet. Additionally, there were slight differences in the CSS in both places.

The Essential Sound panel provides simple controls to unify volume levels, repair sound, improve clarity, and add special effects that help your video projects sound like a professional audio engineer has mixed them. You can save the applied adjustments as presets for reuse, making them handy for more audio refinements.

Once you assign an audio type, for example, Dialogue, for a voice-over clip, the Dialogue tab of the Essential Sound panel presents you with several parameter groups. These groups allow you to carry out the common tasks associated with dialogue, such as unifying the different recordings to common loudness, reducing background noise, and adding compression and EQ.

I stumbled here looking for a way to set up backgrounds without starting a meeting.

Regardless, you can take any image into MS Paint -> select all and then "flip it horizontally" and save it. This should "mirror" the words so it shows up ok in a background.

@mroemen You are correct. It is poor design. If I use Zoom it is quite easy to change my virtual background outside of a call. Having to go to the Teams calendar and start a fake meeting is clunky and not intuitive at all.

Note that presets use lower quality images, which may be fine for reflections, but as a background image, you may decide it is a bit too pixelated. Also, the HDR image used in the preset is downloaded from a CDN rather than locally.

Instead of using the presets, you can source your own environment maps instead. There are high quality HDR images for download from Poly Haven. They are licensed CC0 which allows you to use them any way you wish, even commercially.

A few weeks ago I released some Focal Point Lightroom presets that basically help you draw focus to one part of a photo by darkening other areas. Well, I was messing around with the presets the other day and realized that you could also do the same thing by blurring the background too (with negative clarity). When you add the darkening effect along with the blurred background you have a really cool way to draw attention to parts of your photos, while giving the background an softer effect.

The presets would have their own character development, and so certain choices would be locked depending on the chosen preset. If you choose a custom MC, you would get more freedom in choice. But there would be exclusive scenes for the presets to tie into their characters.

In the WIP, there are various personality stats that are affected by your choices. Stoic, Outgoing, Apathetic, etc. Well my idea was for the personality stats to be restiricted slightly if you choose the presets. e24fc04721
