Account & Data Deletion — Presence App

At Presence, you have full control over your personal data. You may delete your account and any associated data via the top right hand side of the Home page on the app (once signed in) at any time; or alternatively request the deletion of your account and any associated information via email, also at any time.


What will be deleted

When your deletion request is completed, the following data will be permanently removed from our systems:

Once deleted, this process cannot be reversed.


How to request deletion

You can request deletion using either of the following methods:

Option 1 — In-App Request

A built-in Delete Account feature appears on the Home page, available via the icon in the top right hand corner (when signed in).

Option 2 — Request via Email

Data we do NOT collect or store

Presence does not collect or store:

Anonymous analytics (Google Analytics 4) cannot be linked to individual users and cannot be individually deleted. Presence does not retain any personal data after deletion. Only anonymised analytics data may remain, and this information cannot be associated with an individual account.
