So i got Prepladder 2nd Proff pack 2days back and was using my ipad to watch the videos when i kept getting popups regarding suspicious activity of recording lectures. My screen recording was not on. And today i got another warning saying it was my final one. I contacted customer care and they said to clear prepladder from background always and not to let the app be idle while watching long lectures. So I started watching a lecture after keeping in mind the instructions when suddenly my account got g blocked. What should I do now? My account got blocked for apparent screen recording when i never even did it. They said there were 6 attempts of screen recording. Can any1 help me out?
