ABOUT

The Premier Prep League (PPL) is an invite-based girls summer league for the top players in Prep School (and MIAA). The league consists of six teams, featuring 2027 through 2030 graduates.  Teams compete across 8 weeks in July and August. The teams are coached by former prep players who currently play for NCAA Division 1 programs like Northeastern, Boston College and Yale.

The PPL will provide the top prep players with a fun, highly competitive and convenient league that will help them develop their skills and prepare for their upcoming season.

Wednesdays, July 1-August 19 (8 weeks)

Games at 7p, 810p and 920p

Belmont (Viglirolo) Rink, 354 Concord Avenue, Belmont MA

FORMAT

15 skaters, 2 goalies per team

2 periods of 26 minutes, running time

OT: 3-player shootout

Win: 3 pts, SO Win: 2 pts, Tie: 1.5 pts, SO loss: 1 pt

Tiebreakers: Pts, Wins, H2H, GA, GF

Week 7: Playoffs

Week 8: Finals and consolation games
