Our new studio apartments are located at Via Leonardi 24, in an extraordinary and hard-to-replicate position: right next to the Teatro Massimo Bellini, one of Catania’s most prestigious cultural landmarks. From the apartment, and especially from some balconies, guests can admire a significant portion of the theater building, enjoying every day the unique atmosphere of this iconic place.

City buses just a few steps from the apartment, connecting to the seaside and peripheral areas.
Metro: the Stesicoro stop (on Corso Sicilia, near Piazza Stesicoro) is about 850 meters / 10–12 minutes on foot. From here it is easy to move around the city and, in the future, reach Fontanarossa Airport directly.
Convenient parking on request
A private parking area is available inside the building and can be used by guests upon advance reservation. The parking is paid and managed by third parties, not by the vacation property. In case of unavailability, paid parking options are available in the immediate vicinity.
