🚨 Important Update to Our Achievement Patch Program! 🚨

We are making an important change to our Achievement Patch Program to help students develop even more well-rounded skills!

✅ Students must complete ALL achievement patches before earning their Red Belt.
✅ Red Belts & above must complete all patches before advancing to their next rank.
✅ Red 3 students MUST have all patches completed before becoming a Black Belt Candidate. If not completed by June Graduation, they will not be eligible to test for Black Belt in September.

This change is designed to reinforce the core skills, values, and mindset of martial arts training. Let’s stay focused, complete our patches, and keep pushing forward! 💪🔥

Get ready for an energetic and exciting evening of movement, challenge, and fun! Students will rotate through martial arts and general fitness stations, testing their strength, endurance, and skills. Complete all the challenges and earn your next Black Belt Achievement Patch!

🚨 Can’t make it? No worries! We’ll have another session on Thursday, June 6th.

Our Black Belt Excellence Theme for this month is RESPONSIBILITY and our Drill for Skill is Accuracy. 

Black Belt Excellence Sheet "RESPONSIBILITY" will be passed out in class and should be returned May 14, May 15, or May 17 during your class time in order to earn your next stripe. 

🔹 How Parents Can Get Involved: 

✅ Talk About It – Spend a few minutes each week discussing responsibility with your child. Ask questions like, “What does it mean to be responsible for your actions at school?” or “How can you show responsibility in class?” 

✅ Lead by Example – Kids learn by observing! Model responsibility in your life, like keeping promises or managing tasks on time. Your example shows them how to take ownership. 

✅ Make It Fun – Turn responsibility into a challenge! Set goals like completing homework before playtime or caring for a pet consistently. Reward their efforts with praise or a small treat!

✅ Stay Engaged – Connect with instructors to track your child’s progress. Encourage them to apply responsibility daily, from tying their belt correctly to helping at home. 

Together, we can help our students become not just Black Belts in martial arts, but Black Belts in life! 🥋💪🔥

We have moved to our new student management system COMMAND CENTER! As many of you have seen this comes with some awesome features with the family portal! 

With the family portal you will be able to let us know if you are not able to make it to class, change the payment option on file for your account, and so much more! Over the next few months we will be rolling out various updates that we believe will improve the overall experience with the school! 

If you still have not created the portal you will need to scan the QR code or visit the PMA website and scroll to the very bottom and select sign waiver. This will direct you to the waiver and ask for your information. You will also need to make sure that you use the email that you have on file with us otherwise it will not connect to your account. 

If you have any issues with this software please let us know and we will help solve any issues that might be occuring or allow us to get in contact with our IT team to fix any issues.
