Jace Preme is the founder and driving force behind PMG. With 10 years in media, 15+ years as a songwriter, and a background in business coaching and marketing, he brings a rare blend of creative and strategic insight to everything PMG does. He manages our talent, owns one of our two studios, and is the reason PMG hit the ground running in 2025.

Director of Sound

Jen-Sing is PMG's Director of Sound and the ear behind our quality. As a producer, engineer, and artist himself, he brings a full understanding of what great music takes. He runs his own studio and joined the PMG team in February 2026, stepping in to lead artist development and production and making sure everything coming out of PMG hits the way it's supposed to.
