By downloading, installing, or using the HireHero mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

- Career insights and analytics

- Professional networking guidance

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

- You may use the App without creating an account

- Profile setup is optional but recommended for personalized experience

- You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your information

Account Security

- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device

- We are not liable for unauthorized access to your account

- You must notify us immediately of any security breaches

Subscription Services

Premium Features

- Unlimited AI conversations

- Advanced resume templates

- Multiple AI personality options

- Career analytics and insights

- Priority support

Subscription Terms

- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store

- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

- You can manage your subscription through your Apple ID account settings

- Prices may change with 30 days notice

 Free Tier Limitations

- Limited to 10 AI conversations per 24-hour period

- Basic resume templates only

- Standard AI personality

- Limited career insights

User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems

- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

- Use automated systems to access the App

- Share your account with others

Prohibited Activities

- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

- Circumventing subscription limitations

- Using the App to generate harmful or inappropriate content

- Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Our Rights

- The App and its content are owned by HireHero

- All trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property

- You may not use our intellectual property without permission

Your Content

- You retain ownership of content you create using the App

- You grant us a license to use your content to provide services

- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you use

Privacy and Data Protection

- Your privacy is important to us

- Please review our Privacy Policy for information about data collection and use

- We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data

Service Availability

- We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates

- We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions

AI Advice

- AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only

- You should verify any advice with qualified professionals

- We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI advice

Limitation of Liability

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim

By You

- You may stop using the App at any time

- You can cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings

By Us

- We may terminate or suspend your access for violation of these Terms

- We will provide reasonable notice when possible

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

- Posting updated Terms in the App

- Sending notification through the App

- Updating the "Last Updated" date

Governing Law
