Depending on how you use the App, we may process the following categories of information.

Pregnancy-related details you enter, such as estimated due date, last menstrual period, pregnancy week or day, baby name preferences, and related profile information.
Daily check-ins and trackers, such as mood, water intake, weight, kick sessions, contractions, workout completions, notes, letters, keepsakes, and photos you choose to add.
Preferences you set in the App, such as notification choices.
Information collected automatically
Device and app information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general usage diagnostics.
Crash logs and performance data to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
Analytics events about how features are used (for example, opening screens or completing flows), which help us understand product performance.
Purchase and subscription information
If you buy a premium subscription or in-app product, payment is handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive your full payment card details. We may receive purchase status, entitlement, and related subscription metadata through our billing provider.
Permissions you grant
Camera or photo library access, only if you choose features that need them (for example, bump photos or keepsakes).
Notification permission, if you allow reminders.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
Provide and operate the App’s features.
Personalize content such as weekly information based on pregnancy progress.
Save your trackers, check-ins, and keepsakes so they remain available in the App.
Send reminders you opt into.
Process subscriptions and unlock premium features.
Analyze usage, improve performance, and fix crashes.

Comply with legal obligations and protect the App and our users.
4. Health and sensitive information
The App may process pregnancy-related and wellness information that you voluntarily enter.
This information is used only to provide the features you request and to improve the App experience.
The App is not a medical service. Information in the App should not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
5. How we store information
Some information is stored locally on your device.
Some information may be processed through third-party services we use to run the App, such as analytics, crash reporting, remote configuration, media delivery, and subscription management.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
6. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information with:
Service providers that help us operate the App (for example analytics, crash reporting, cloud configuration, and subscription/payment platforms), only as needed to provide their services.
App stores and billing partners to process purchases and manage entitlements.

A successor entity if Bass Apps is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to this Privacy Policy or a successor policy with equivalent protections.

The App may use third-party tools and platforms, which may include Google Firebase services, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, media hosts, and RevenueCat or similar subscription services.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and security practices.
Links or content from third parties that appear in or through the App are not controlled by us.
8. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Your choices and rights
You can:
Update or delete information you entered in the App, where the feature allows it.
Disable notifications in your device settings.
Revoke permissions such as camera or photos in your device settings.
Cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
Uninstall the App, which removes locally stored App data from that device.

10. Data retention
We retain information only as long as needed to provide the App, support legitimate business purposes, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.
Local data generally remains on your device until you delete it in the App or uninstall the App.
Server-side analytics, crash, and subscription records may be retained for different periods according to the relevant service and legal needs.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including where our service providers operate.
