Welcome to Pregnancy Calendar & Tracker, developed by Nigeriacamera ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Pregnancy Calendar & Tracker (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

The App does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional medical advice.
Pregnancy calculations and estimated due dates are estimates based on information provided by the user and may differ from dates determined by a qualified healthcare professional.
We are not responsible for:
Medical decisions made based on information provided by the App.
Errors or inaccuracies in pregnancy calculations or estimates.
Changes in pregnancy status or circumstances that are not reflected in the App.
Any health consequences resulting from reliance on information provided by the App.
Delays in seeking professional medical care.
Any medical emergency or condition requiring professional attention.
Users should consult a qualified doctor, midwife, or other healthcare professional for medical advice and pregnancy care.
If you experience an emergency or urgent medical symptoms, seek immediate medical attention rather than relying on the App.
Users agree to use the App responsibly and only for lawful and informational purposes.
You must not use the App to:

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App where we reasonably believe it is being used for unlawful or abusive purposes.
Certain features of Pregnancy Calendar & Tracker may require a paid subscription ("Premium Subscription") or other in-app purchase.
Subscription plans may be offered on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or other recurring basis. Prices, billing periods, and available features will be clearly displayed within the App before purchase.
Payments are processed through the applicable app marketplace, including Google Play Store or Apple App Store. We do not collect or store users' payment card information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date through the applicable app store account settings.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account settings. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Any free trial offered by the App may be canceled before the trial period ends. If a Premium Subscription is purchased during a free trial period, any unused portion of the trial may be forfeited according to the applicable platform's policies.
Refund requests are handled according to the refund policies of the platform through which the purchase was made.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing, features, and plans at any time. Such changes will generally apply to future purchases or subscription renewals, subject to applicable law and platform requirements.
The App may display advertisements and may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, or other technical functionality.
Third-party services may collect information according to their own privacy policies and terms.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party advertisements or services that we do not control.
All software, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, text, interfaces, educational materials, pregnancy-related content, and other materials included in the App are owned by Nigeriacamera or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the App without authorization.
Modify or create derivative works based on the App, except where permitted by applicable law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Use our trademarks, branding, or copyrighted materials without written permission.
Remove or alter proprietary notices.
Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security mechanisms.
Pregnancy information, notes, preferences, and other content entered into the App may be stored locally on your device depending on the features you use.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your pregnancy-related information and other user-generated content.
We do not guarantee that pregnancy information, notes, preferences, or other content will always be preserved, recoverable, or available.
You acknowledge that deleting the App, clearing App data, changing devices, device failure, operating system changes, or other circumstances may result in the loss of locally stored content.
You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Infringe the rights of another person or entity.
Use the App to facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, or other harmful activities.
Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
Interfere with the operation, security, or performance of the App.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks.
Use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or automated tools to access the App without authorization.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where legally permitted.
Attempt to bypass technical restrictions or security mechanisms.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.
Use information provided by the App as a substitute for professional medical advice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nigeriacamera disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

We do not guarantee that:
The App will always function without interruption.
The App will be error-free or completely secure.
Pregnancy calculations or estimated due dates will always be accurate.
Pregnancy information or milestones will apply equally to every pregnancy.
Reminders or notifications will always be delivered on time.
Information provided by the App will always be complete, current, or medically appropriate.
The App will be compatible with every device or operating system.
Third-party services or advertisements will remain available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nigeriacamera, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:
Your use or inability to use the App.
Pregnancy calculations, estimated due dates, or other information provided by the App.
Health, pregnancy, or medical decisions made based on information provided by the App.
Loss, corruption, or accidental deletion of pregnancy-related information or other content.
Missed, delayed, or inaccurate reminders or notifications.
Subscription purchases or payment processing.
Service interruptions, outages, or technical failures.
Unauthorized access to systems or information.
Your use of the App is entirely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nigeriacamera, its affiliates, employees, officers, licensors, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of:
Your use of the App.
Your violation of these Terms.
Your violation of applicable laws.
Your misuse of the App.
Your pregnancy-related information or other content entered into the App.
Your infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
Your reliance on the App for medical, healthcare, or pregnancy-related decisions.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, medical disclaimers, and applicable legal provisions, will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
