Rickey Culbreath has a passion for commercial cleaning. He has worked in the cleaning business for 15 years.
Rickey specializes in wax, stripping and buffeting floors for small and big commercial businesses. These business includes, schools, boys and girl clubs, churches, and office buildings.
The name for the business speaks of his work ethics such as: pride, integrity, and a standard for excellence. He desires that his company is the one that clients prefer FIRST over any other cleaning company.
Preferred 1st Cleaning Solutions has done work with Pepsi where he offers general cleaning, wax and stripping floors, vacuuming, carpet cleaning, use of mechanical motorize scrubble, disinfecting floors, toilets and urinals.
Rickey has also offered cleaning services to:

Annika Culbreath graduated from Winston Salem Stated University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems and carried on to earn her Master’s Degree in Leadership from Beulah Heights University.
She currently works at American Honda Finance Corporation and has been for almost 19 years.
Her passion is to serve others and to provide services to this present age.
"I decided to go into business with my husband who has been in the commercial cleaning business for 15 years.
