Terms and definitions

• "Application", "service", "game" - refer to Preferans application including its front end and all the back ends

• "PlayOnSmart", "the company", "we", "our", "us" - refer to PlayOnSmart staff

• "User(s)", "you", "player(s)" - refer to application users

Introduction

This page is used to inform application users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information once they decide to use our Preferans application.

If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

This service is Ad supported, provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Information collection

We may collect and store the following data items:

1. Google Play Services player ID

2. Google+ ID (older versions, not anymore)

3. E-mail

4. Name

5. Country, region, city

6. Device information: product, manufacturer, model, OS version

The information we collect may be stored in our service's data stores in the following forms:

• Player's profile

• Game report

Stored entities are discarded after a period of time defined in our information retention policy. 

Use of collected information

We use collected and stored information internally for the purposes of

1. Providing the service (data items 1, 4) 

2. Improving the service (data items 3, 4, 5, 6)

We do not share the information we collect and store with anyone outside the company.

The app uses third party services that may collect information used to identify you. Please see the full list in the Appendix A of this privacy policy.

Information retention

We keep a player profile for no longer than 6 months from the time of last access by its owner.

We keep a game report for no longer than 2 months from the time of its creation.

Showing advertisements

Our service is ad supported. For showing ads we rely solely on third parties and are not using nor responsible for any information they may collect on you, store and use.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Data deletion requests

In order to request data deletion please write us an e-mail which should include the following information:

1. Data deletion request in the subject line

2. Your full name

3. Your nick name (or names) used in the game

We will review data deletion requests and, once all the required information has been provided, will apply a permanent data deletion procedure within 14 business days of the request date.

Please note that this procedure is irreversible, meaning we will not be able to restore the deleted information!

The requesting user will receive notification e-mail upon successful completion.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page unless noted otherwise.
