What I Offer

You seek answers and direction. Pick my brain in a relaxed online chat. Think of me as your personal tutor on prediabetes. My fee is $80/30 minute initial session. Follow-up sessions are $40/15 minutes and $75/30 minutes.

How to Arrange a Personal Online Session

Email me with two or three dates and time convenient for you about two weeks in advance. I am on the East coast of the US, and have openings in the late afternoons after 2PM weekdays (Monday-Friday) and Sunday.

Fill out the application form and disclaimer. These forms allows me to understand your situation and for you to send me your questions.

After we agree upon a time, you have 48 hours to pay for your session. After I have received your credit card or PayPal payment, we'll confirm your appointment.

We can always reschedule afterwards if you give me 24 hours notice before our session.

We will have our session over Skype or Zoom. If you prefer Skype and have an account, add me as a friend at least two days before our appointment. If you do not already have Skype, download and create an account or select Zoom on the form.

What to Expect During Our Session

I record our Skype or Zoom session can send you a complimentary copy. With a copy, you can review our session anytime. How you use your appointment time period is up to you. We can talk about any aspect of prediabetes.

In most sessions, I recap your situation, answer your questions and suggest avenues open for you to explore. If after our session you would like to send an email with a follow-up brief question or comment, I would welcome this at no additional charge.

After this initial session, I am available for additional sessions of 15 minute increments.

IMPORTANT:

Although I am a licensed and boarded physician, let me emphasize: our sessions do not create or constitute a patient-doctor relationship. I will NOT prescribe medications, order tests or perform any medical procedures. I am providing a personalized education session.
