Pred (“Pred AI,” "Pred Charts ,“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered analysis tools and Charting tools for prediction market users across our mobile application, browser extension, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

E. Browser Extension Permissions Data

For extension features, we may process active-tab content and screenshots only as needed to provide user-invoked functionality (for example, chart capture and analysis).

We do not monitor your browsing activity across websites for advertising purposes.

F. Communications and Support Data

If you contact us, we collect the contents of your support requests, attachments, and related correspondence.

G. Local Storage and Caching

We use local device storage, extension storage, and app caches to improve performance, sync state, and reduce repeated downloads. Cached data may include analysis history, journal data, and temporary media references.

We may use logs and de-identified/aggregated usage patterns to improve Service quality, safety, and reliability.

We do not use your personal account data to execute trades for us or for third parties.

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for decisions made using Service outputs.
