Firearm Safety is about protecting lives, strengthening families, and supporting our community.
Spanning nearly four decades of experience teaching martial arts, Instructor David Moradi brings a strong foundation in discipline, situational awareness, and personal responsibility to every level of self-defense instruction. He continues to actively teach at schools in Port Chester, New York, and Suffield, Connecticut, and holds an 8th-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do with a strong emphasis on practical self-defense.
Building on this foundation, he has expanded his instruction to include firearm safety and defensive training. For the past five years, he has taught Connecticut CCW permit classes, along with private CCW and private shooting instruction for adults. His teaching approach integrates traditional self-defense principles with firearm training, allowing students to progress from basic safety and handling to advanced defensive shooting and marksmanship.
One of his specialties is teaching firearm safety to children, as well as guiding both new and experienced gun owners toward responsible ownership. Safety is the cornerstone of every course he teaches. His goal is to equip individuals and families with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to protect themselves responsibly.
He is an active member of AARP, NRA, USCCA, CCDL, NAGR, and FPC.
