I’m Rimi Khan, a yoga teacher, sound healer, and wellness coach with over 20 years of yoga practice and experience. I’ve had the joy of leading specialized workshops such as Facial Yoga and Sound Healing that focus on rejuvenation, inner balance, and holistic self-care.
Beyond the studio, I’ve worked with large companies to bring Corporate Yoga programs into the workplace, helping teams reduce stress, find balance, and improve performance. I’ve also supported community-based yoga events in downtown areas, making yoga and wellness accessible to a wider audience.

My mission is to create excitement, joy, and play through yoga, Ayurveda, and natural practices that help reverse the aging process, increase confidence, and empower people to feel better about themselves from the inside out.
I strive to provide a warm, inclusive space where each individual can ground themselves, embrace healing, and cultivate a life of mindful movement and inner peace. Through a balanced approach, I offer practices tailored to both beginners and seasoned practitioners, supporting them in building strength, stability, and resilience while also discovering the lightness of movement and joy.
By weaving together ancient wisdom and modern mindfulness, my goal is to help you not only find stability and vitality in your body but also experience genuine connection within yourself and with the community.
Through a blend of Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga, as well as specialized classes like Flow for Climbers, Beginners’ Yoga, and Mommy & Me (Daddies Welcome Too!), I encourage students to explore movement that both strengthens and restores. Alongside these weekly offerings, I’ve also created and led Facial Yoga Workshops, Sound Healing Workshops, Restore Workshops, and Ayurveda Self-Care Workshops, many of which have been very well received by the community.
In addition to studio and workshop settings, I’ve had the privilege of working with large companies to bring Corporate Yoga into the workplace, supporting employee wellness and team-building. I’ve also taught at community-centered yoga events in downtown areas, making yoga accessible as a tool for collective healing and connection.
With each session, I seek to create a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment where students feel grounded, loved, and respected. My teaching style is infused with qualities others have seen in me: a grounded, genuine presence, an organized and powerful approach, and a welcoming, joyful spirit.
I believe in the healing power of yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, and sound to address physical, emotional, and even generational patterns—helping us rediscover our innate resilience, vibrancy, and strength. My mission is to show that yoga and natural practices not only restore balance but can also create excitement, play, and confidence while gently reversing the aging process through mindful living.
