LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

•Responsible for testing of soil and aggregates, beam, cylinders, concrete hollow blocks, and steel.

• Ensures that all testing assigned to him is carried out in accordance with the relevant standards.

• Received samples for proper identification.

• Report all necessary item for testing.

• Conduct site testing including field density test, asphalt and concrete coring and rebound hammer

test.

• Responsible for calibration and maintenance, following the requirement laid out in the company

quality manual.

• Secured all worksheets and other documents into appropriate file after checking of laboratory head.

• Secured samples taken at the site.

• Responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the laboratory.

• Responsible for unloading of samples.

• Responsible for mobilization and demobilization of field works

Skills Required

• Previous experience as lab tech is favored

SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities

• Making client visits to present and promote products and services

• Providing after-sales support

• Maintaining contact with clients with a view to secure further sales/orders

• Identifying new clients

• Hit mutually agreed upon sales targets

Skills Required

• Experience with B2B sales

• Knowledge of materials testing and construction preferred

• Excellent interpersonal skills
