This Privacy Policy applies to the Precify mobile application, operated by Bruno Rodrigues (“Service Provider”).
Precify is a pricing application designed to help users organize recipes, projects, materials, costs, and related pricing calculations.
The Application does not require users to create an account and does not provide its own login system.
Most information created by users in Precify is stored locally on the user’s device.
This may include:
recipes and projects;
ingredients and materials;
quantities;
costs and prices;
labor information;
margins and markups;
sales channels;
application settings;
other information entered by users for pricing purposes.
Precify does not send this content to a server operated directly by the Service Provider.
Users may remove this information by deleting the relevant items within the Application or by uninstalling Precify.
Precify uses third-party services that may automatically collect certain technical and usage information when the Application is used.
This information may include:
IP address;
device type and model;
operating system;
technical or installation identifiers;
usage events and interactions with Application features;
diagnostic information;
crash and error information;
information related to in-app purchases.
Precify uses analytics events to understand how Application features are used.
These events are configured not to transmit recipe names, material names, values or prices entered by users, free-form text, or other user-created content.
The free version of Precify uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
Google AdMob and related services may process information such as:
IP address;
device identifiers;
advertising identifiers;
ad interactions;
technical information;
usage data necessary for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.
Where required by applicable law, consent may be requested before non-essential advertising or tracking technologies are used.
The PRO version of Precify may remove advertisements.
Precify uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand, in aggregate, how users interact with the Application.
Analytics may process technical information and usage events, such as opening features, saving items, generating documents, and other actions relevant to understanding Application usage.
The purpose of this processing is to improve the product, identify frequently used features, and understand overall Application usage.
Precify uses Firebase Crashlytics to identify crashes, failures, and technical issues.
Crashlytics may process information such as:
error logs;
stack traces;
relevant Application state at the time of a failure;
technical device information;
installation identifiers.
This information is used to diagnose and fix technical problems.
Precify uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and PRO access.
RevenueCat may process purchase-related information, including:
purchase history;
Google Play purchase tokens;
information about purchased products;
PRO entitlement status;
technical information necessary to manage purchases.
Precify does not store full credit card details or other payment card information.
Transactions are processed by Google Play and related services.
Precify uses third-party services that operate under their own privacy policies.

The Service Provider does not sell users’ personal data.
Technical, analytics, diagnostic, advertising, or purchase-related information may be processed by the third-party services used by the Application when necessary for:
Application functionality;
advertising;
usage analytics;
error diagnostics;
purchase management;
security;
fraud prevention.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law or by a valid request from a competent authority.
Precify does not allow users to create accounts and does not provide login through external accounts.
For this reason, the Service Provider does not maintain its own database of user accounts.
Data created by users and stored locally in Precify remains on the device until removed by the user or until the Application is uninstalled.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google, Firebase, or RevenueCat may be retained according to the retention policies and legal obligations of those respective services.
The Service Provider does not directly control all data retained by third-party services.
Precify is not directed to children under 16 years of age and does not intentionally collect personal information directly from children.
If the Service Provider becomes aware of inappropriate processing involving children’s data, reasonable steps will be taken as applicable.
The Service Provider uses reasonable measures to protect information processed through the Application.
Data transmitted by services used by Precify is sent through secure connections where applicable.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Some third-party services used by Precify may process information in countries other than the user’s country of residence.
Where applicable, such transfers are handled using legally recognized safeguards and mechanisms required by applicable data protection law.
Depending on the user’s jurisdiction, users may have rights relating to:
access;
correction;
deletion;
restriction of processing;
objection;
portability;
withdrawal of consent.
Because Precify does not maintain user accounts or its own database of personally identifiable user information, some requests concerning information processed by third-party services may need to be directed to those respective service providers.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the Application, services used, or applicable legal requirements.
When material changes are made, the date shown on this page will be updated.
