The videos below are designed to help new volunteers access and navigate the Optima case management system. Envento Solutions is the company that developed the Optima Case Management Program and provided these training videos for their national audience. These trainings cover the system’s basic features. However, some of the videos content may differ slightly from the version used by the Florida Guardian ad Litem Office.
New volunteers will not be able to sign in to Optima until they complete their classroom training, pass a background check, and are assigned a case. In the meantime, they are encouraged to watch the generic videos below to become familiar with the Optima case management system. (Due to the size of the print it is recomended that you open the training links to a "full screen" while viewing these presentations)
The link below will take you to a list optional training videos that can assist a guardian ad litem who is currently using Optima case management system. These videos will assist the guardian with placement additions and updates as well as automatic email notifications of hearings and report due dates.
