Manatee Court and Complex Map - Updated  3/12/2025

Most street parking in the area around the court complex is limited to 2 hours and is strictly enforced. Metered paid parking is available on the lower floors of the public parking garage.

The City of Bradenton will allow a Guardian ad Litem who is on Office business to park in their Metered Public Parking Garage for the first 2 hours for free. If you remain over 2 hours, you will have to pay at the meter kiosk or risk being ticketed. If your respective hearing or event is expected to last over 2 hours, please contact your CAM ahead of time for other options. 

To enter the Manatee Guardian ad Litem Office enter via the main security entrance of the Judicial Center. After clearing the security check take the escalator to the 2nd floor Lobby. As you exit the escalator, turn left, and proceed to a small bank of two elevators located in a small alcove. Take the elevator to the third floor and make a right which will take you to the GAL Offices. If you are going directly to court enter the Judicial Center via the main security entrance. After clearing security proceed to the 2nd. floor lobby via the escalator and continue straight down the hall. Take any of the 6 elevators to the either the 3rd Floor Courtroom 3A, / or the 5th Floor Courtroom 5C / or the 8th floor Courtroom 8B  (ECC).  On a busy morning it can easily take 15 minutes to walk from the parking lot, clear security, and make your way to your courtroom.
