In this course, we use the 1974 SOLAS Convention, its 1978 Protocol, and recent amendments as our primary references. Don't worry if you're just starting out; a basic understanding of SOLAS is all you need for now.
Safety on board is paramount. Throughout our training, we'll emphasize the importance of strictly following ship rules and regulations to ensure maximum safety with minimal environmental impact. Practical advice on how to prevent accidents on board will also be included.

Proper preparation of these materials is crucial to the success of this course. We will engage in both practical exercises and theoretical discussions to evaluate and reinforce your knowledge.
