Ứng dụng Lời Cầu Nguyện có thể thu thập:
(1) Thông tin tài khoản khi bạn đăng ký hoặc đăng nhập: email, mật khẩu (mã hóa), tên hiển thị, ngôn ngữ, số điện thoại và khu vực nếu bạn cung cấp.
(2) Dữ liệu lưu trên thiết bị (SharedPreferences): token đăng nhập, mã người dùng, ngôn ngữ và vùng, danh sách bài hát thánh ca yêu thích, cài đặt nhắc cầu nguyện, giọng đọc và tốc độ TTS, đánh dấu Kinh Thánh, vị trí đọc PDF, và tùy chọn \"nhớ đăng nhập\".
(3) Dữ liệu gửi lên máy chủ của chúng tôi: thông tin đăng nhập/đăng ký, lời cầu nguyện cho bệnh nhân (khi bạn tạo hoặc chỉnh sửa), đề xuất bài hát thánh ca (tiêu đề, liên kết YouTube, ngôn ngữ) nếu bạn gửi đề xuất, và xác minh mua hàng trong ứng dụng (Pro) để kích hoạt tài khoản.
(4) Với sự cho phép của bạn: vị trí (để tìm lễ Mass gần bạn), ảnh (chọn ảnh đại diện hồ sơ), thông tin thiết bị (để hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hoặc xác minh giao dịch). Bạn có thể dùng nhiều tính năng ở chế độ khách mà không cần tài khoản.
Dữ liệu nhạy cảm
Các nội dung cá nhân như nhật ký cầu nguyện, ghi chú, sổ tội và lời cầu cho bệnh nhân được lưu trên thiết bị và/hoặc đồng bộ với máy chủ của chúng tôi khi bạn đăng nhập. Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu này chỉ để cung cấp dịch vụ và không dùng cho quảng cáo hay tiếp thị.
Tại sao chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu
Để cung cấp và vận hành ứng dụng: đăng nhập, lưu và đồng bộ lời cầu nguyện, lịch Công giáo, bài hát thánh ca, tìm lễ Mass, Kinh Thánh và nhắc nhở; để xử lý đăng ký Pro và xác minh mua hàng trong ứng dụng; để cải thiện trải nghiệm (ngôn ngữ, vùng, tùy chọn đọc); và khi cần cho hỗ trợ kỹ thuật hoặc tuân thủ pháp luật.
Cơ sở pháp lý
Thực hiện hợp đồng (cung cấp dịch vụ theo điều khoản sử dụng), sự đồng ý của bạn (vị trí, ảnh, thông báo nếu có), và lợi ích hợp pháp (bảo mật, chống lạm dụng, vận hành máy chủ).
Chia sẻ
Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn. Dữ liệu có thể được xử lý bởi: máy chủ và cơ sở dữ liệu của chúng tôi; nền tảng mua trong ứng dụng (Google Play, App Store) theo chính sách của họ; và dịch vụ YouTube (phát video bài hát thánh ca) theo chính sách của Google. Chúng tôi có thể chia sẻ khi pháp luật yêu cầu.
Quyền của bạn
Bạn có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu tài khoản và nội dung cá nhân. Bạn có thể đăng xuất và xóa dữ liệu trên thiết bị (cài đặt ứng dụng). Để yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu trên máy chủ hoặc xuất dữ liệu, vui lòng liên hệ với chúng tôi qua thông tin trong mục Liên hệ / Hỗ trợ của ứng dụng.
Bảo mật
Chúng tôi dùng kết nối an toàn (HTTPS) với máy chủ, lưu token và thông tin nhạy cảm trên thiết bị theo cách mà ứng dụng có thể bảo vệ. Bạn nên bảo mật mật khẩu và không chia sẻ tài khoản.
Lưu trữ
Dữ liệu được giữ trong thời gian tài khoản còn hoạt động và theo yêu cầu pháp lý hoặc kế toán (ví dụ biên lai mua Pro). Khi bạn xóa tài khoản hoặc yêu cầu xóa, chúng tôi sẽ xóa hoặc ẩn danh hóa dữ liệu theo quy định nội bộ.
Trẻ em
Ứng dụng không nhắm tới trẻ em dưới 13 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu cá nhân từ trẻ em; nếu phát hiện, chúng tôi sẽ xóa thông tin đó.
Thay đổi
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật Chính sách bảo mật này. Phiên bản mới sẽ được đăng trong ứng dụng (ví dụ mục Chính sách bảo mật). Việc tiếp tục sử dụng sau khi cập nhật được coi là chấp nhận chính sách mới.
What We Collect
The Prayer app may collect:
(1) Account information when you register or log in: email, password (encrypted), display name, language, phone number, and region if you provide it.
(2) Data stored on your device (SharedPreferences): login token, user code, language and region, favorite hymn list, prayer reminder settings, TTS voice and speed, Bible bookmarks, PDF reading position, and "remember to log in" option.
(3) Data sent to our servers: login/registration information, prayer for the sick (when you create or edit), hymn song suggestions (title, YouTube link, language) if you submit suggestions, and in-app purchase verification (Pro) to activate your account.
(4) With your permission: location (to find Mass near you), photo (choose a profile picture), device information (for technical support or transaction verification). You can use many features in guest mode without an account.
Sensitive Data
Personal content such as prayer logs, notes, sin books and prayers for the sick is stored on your device and/or synchronized with our servers when you log in. We process this data only to provide services and not for advertising or marketing.
Why we use data
To provide and operate the application: login, saving and synchronizing prayers, Catholic calendar, hymns, finding Mass, Bible and reminders; to process Pro subscriptions and verify in-app purchases; to improve the experience (language, region, reading options); and when needed for technical support or legal compliance.
Legal Basis
We use this data to fulfill the contract (providing services according to the terms of use), your consent (location, photos, notifications if any), and legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, server operation).
Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be processed by: our servers and databases; in-app purchase platforms (Google Play, App Store) according to their policies; and YouTube services (playing hymn videos) according to Google's policies. We may share data when required by law.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, edit, or delete your account data and personal content. You can log out and delete data on your device (app settings). To request data deletion on the server or data export, please contact us using the information in the Contact/Support section of the app.
Security
We use a secure connection (HTTPS) to our servers, storing tokens and sensitive information on your device in a way that the app can protect. You should keep your password secure and not share your account.
Storage
Data is retained for the duration of account activity and as required by law or accounting (e.g., Pro purchase receipts). When you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize the data according to our internal policy.
Children
The app is not aimed at children under 13 years of age. We do not intentionally collect personal data from children; if detected, we will delete that information.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The new version will be posted in the app (e.g., Privacy Policy section). Continued use after the update is considered acceptance of the new policy.
