By using the App, you confirm that:
You will use the App in compliance with applicable laws.
If you are below the age of legal majority in your region, you will use the App under parent/guardian supervision.
Information you provide (such as account details) is accurate and up to date.
The App provides spiritual and devotional tools, including:
Prayer reminders and alarms
Daily prayer/devotional support
Spiritual reading content
Affirmation and habit/progress tracking features
The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we provide written permission otherwise.

If you create an account, you agree that:
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You will notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
You will not impersonate others or provide false information.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
Interfere with App security, stability, or performance.
Upload malware or other malicious code.

All App rights, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, branding, and features, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of content you submit where legally applicable. By submitting content through the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it only to operate, maintain, and improve the App.
The App may request device permissions needed for core functionality, such as:

Exact alarm scheduling
Audio/media access for custom reminder sounds
You can manage permissions in device settings. Disabling required permissions may limit App features.
We work to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
The App may experience:
Maintenance downtime
Technical issues
Updates, feature changes, suspension, or discontinuation (temporary or permanent), when needed for operational, legal, or security reasons
We may suspend or terminate access if:
You violate these Terms
We detect misuse, abuse, fraud, or security risk
Continued access creates legal, technical, or safety concerns
You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion through available in-app controls or support contact.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties including:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Spiritual, devotional, affirmation, and wellness-related content is for personal informational use and is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for data loss, business interruption, or inability to use the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the minimum amount required under applicable law.

These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices outside our control.
