Sophía N, known by her stage name Lil Phia, is an emerging emo-trap artist blending raw emotion with hypnotic melodies. Inspired by legends like Lil Peep, Juice WRLD, and XXXTentacion, she uses her music to tell stories of heartbreak, struggle, and resilience.

Early years she lived in Santa Clara, California, but raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Lil Phia’s journey has been anything but easy. Growing up without a mother or father present, she spent her first seven years with her grandmother before being adopted into a stable family—a chapter in her life she remains deeply grateful for. Despite facing personal hardships, she turned to music as an escape, writing songs that reflect the pain, love, and chaos of life.

Beyond music, Lil Phia has a deep love for animals, sharing her home with six dogs (Kya, Nugget, Backster, Boost, Chief, Titan) and an exotic cat named Kiddletadieous. Creativity runs through every part of her life—when she’s not making music, she’s drawing, writing, singing, cleaning, or cooking/baking.

For over a year, she has been writing and perfecting her sound, determined to make a name for herself in the industry. Though much of her family doesn’t support her dreams, she refuses to let that stop her. With the encouragement of Micheal R, Mikera M, and Jayshawn S. She continues pushing forward, proving that no amount of doubt can silence her voice.
