This privacy policy applies to the Vidamte app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
The Application itself does not collect personal information about the user. However, certain third-party services integrated in the Application may automatically collect limited technical data such as:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit
The time spent on the Application
The operating system and device model
Approximate (non-precise) location based on network signals
The Application does not gather precise GPS location of your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use general, non-personal information to contact you from time to time to provide important notices or updates. For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require certain information. Any information requested will be retained and used as described in this Privacy Policy.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application.

These services may automatically collect device identifiers, coarse location, usage data, and analytics for ad delivery and fraud prevention. The Service Provider does not share personal information with these parties.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information only:
as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
when disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests;
with trusted service providers who work on their behalf and adhere to this privacy policy.
The Application offers an optional auto-renewable subscription (Premium) which removes ads and may unlock additional features.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the subscription period.
Subscriptions can be managed or canceled in App Store Account Settings at any time.
The Service Provider does not receive or store your billing information.
You can stop all data collection by the Application by uninstalling it. You may also disable personalized ads in your device settings or subscribe to Premium to remove ads entirely.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like User Provided Data deleted, please contact the Service Provider and they will respond within a reasonable time.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If such information is discovered, it will be deleted immediately. If you become aware that your child provided personal data, please contact the Service Provider to take necessary action.
The Service Provider takes reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality of information processed by third-party services.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of any updates.
