Projects I've worked on:

Quantum information, error correction codes (Summer 2019 - Now)

Read literature about Quantum computing and error correction codes in both classical and quantum case, stabilizer framework and lattice framework for entanglement measures. Right now attempting to design entanglement assisted quantum codes.

Also explored super-additive quantum channels.

iGEM IISc team 2019 (Spring 2019 - November 2019)

Project consisted of optogenetic control of co-cultures. I worked on the hardware (Optomatic) and physics aspect, on modelling, and designing hardware to count the bacterial populations.

Construction of an Ion trap (Summer 2018)

Attempted to reconstruct a linear Paul Ion trap system to trap Ca ions. Learnt about laser cooling methods too.

Statistical study of Sleep cycles and patterns (Winter 2017 - Summer 2018)

Collected data (n = 102) and studied patterns in sleep cycles and activities among college students, and attempted to find correlations.

Project was inconclusive due to low n.
