Design

Design is a dangerously obscure term. Especially in the Age of Design in which “good design” mark might be a highway to success for any product and “bad design” may doom anything.

When we hear the word 'design' a lot of things comes to our mind. Different perspectives roll out different definitions of design. So, precisely design should be used with a term defining the field which it is referring to.

Well, I hold a keen interest in mechanical design, and that includes the study of almost every component which contributes to the transfer of energy some way or the other. Though that covers a vast domain of products we use in our daily life and that is what special about mechanical design where the study begins from a small screw and goes to a big aircraft.
