Pratiti Chatterjee

I am a Lecturer (Assistant Professor) of Economics at the University of New South Wales, School of Business. My fields of interest are Macroeconomics, International Economics, and Econometrics.  Much of my research focuses on capturing the importance of interaction effects in the macroeconomy, whether it stems from financial frictions, stochastic volatility, or departures from models of rational expectations. In recent work, I examine the sentiment channel of monetary policy transmission.
