Once the case history is over , we prescribe the medication, and ask you to follow up with us in a few days, as advised by us.
Once your appointment is fixed, we call you for a detailed case history where,
We ask about your main complaint , eg Allergies in detail. When it happens, how it started, any previous medication and what increases or decreases your complaint.
We ask about your appetite, food cravings, sleep, dreams, perspiration etc.
Then, finally we ask about your behaviour, personality, fears , stresses etc.
