Service-Based Business

As we provide digital and marketing services, refunds are generally not applicable once work has started.

Before Project Start

If cancellation is requested before work begins, a partial refund may be considered after administrative deductions.

Ad Budget

Advertising budget paid to platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.) is non-refundable as it is directly paid to third-party platforms.

Custom Projects

Customized plans and strategy documents are non-refundable once delivered.
