You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating your profile. You may edit your profile details at any time.
You can add multiple photos, set tour plans (including budgets, locations, dates, members, tags, and vehicle types), and communicate with others. You retain ownership of any content you submit but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, including ensuring it does not infringe on any rights or violate any laws.
Users can send and receive invitations, join requests, and accept or reject participation in tours. Tour admins may assign or change admin roles. Participation in tours is voluntary. We are not responsible for interactions or arrangements made between users.

Approvals or rejections
Messages
You may manage notification preferences in your device settings.
The Service includes one-to-one messaging functionality. Do not use the messaging feature to send spam, threats, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to monitor messages if required by law or to maintain a safe environment.
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Upload content that is offensive, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Disrupt or interfere with the Service or servers.
You may bookmark tours or content for personal reference. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported as inappropriate.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.
We provide the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
